Just a guy in recovery from alcohol and drugs sharing ESH (Experience, Strength and Hope) to do my best to show those in recovery or those still caught up in addictions and alcoholism, that there is a way to live without the use of mind altering substances.

I'm not much of a writer but I say it the way it is, in words that I understand and words that I hope you'll understand also. Always willing to learn and get better at whatever I do.
